4. Job offer
If a candidate successfully passes the interview and any required test tasks, the company may extend a job offer. This offer typically includes details about the job, such as salary,benefits, and other terms of employment. After accepting it, a new employee will be on a 2 months probation period. After 2 months, the decision on the new team member is finalized.
